Baking Instructions
Unless otherwise stated, frozen goods can be baked from frozen or thawed in a refrigerator prior to baking.
Baking times are only a guide, and may vary according to your oven.
Pastry products can be brushed with milk or egg prior to baking.
Timings
- Large Steak Pie –200*c for 50- 55 mins until golden brown.
- Large Cheese & Onion Pie –200*c for 50- 55 mins until golden brown.
- Large Fruit Tart –200*c for 40 mins until golden brown, sprinkle with caster sugar.
- Medium Fruit Tart - 200*c for 40 mins until golden brown, sprinkle with caster sugar.
- Small Fruit Tart – 200*c for 15 -20 mins until golden brown, sprinkle with caster sugar.
- Potato & Meat Pie – 200*c for 25 -30 mins until golden brown.
- Steak Pie -200*c –for 20 – 25 mins until golden brown.
- Cheese & Onion Pie -200*c for 20 – 25 mins until golden brown.
- Large Sausage Roll - 200*c for 25 – 30 mins until golden brown.
- Small Sausage Roll – 200*c for 20 – 25 mins until golden brown.
- Pasties - 200*c for 20 – 25 mins until golden brown.
- Mini Pasties 200*c for 15 – 20 mins until golden brown.
- Broccoli, Cauliflower & Potato Bake-200*c for 30 - 35 mins until golden brown.
- Pasta Bake -200*c for 30- 35 mins until golden brown.
- Small Steak Hotpot – thaw before baking – 200*c for 35 – 40 mins until golden brown.
- Large Family Steak Hotpot – thaw thoroughly before baking – 200*c for 60 mins or until piping hot. Cover top if browning too quickly.
- Frozen scones, for best results, allow to thaw for approx. 20 mins before baking,- 180*c for18-20 mins, until risen and golden, sprinkle with sugar whilst hot.
